Green Bay Packers fall to Philadelphia Eagles, 27-13

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- The Green Bay Packers were without star quarterback Aaron Rodgers as they hosted the Philadelphia Eagles at Lambeau Field on Sunday, November 10th. Rodgers suffered a fractured collarbone during Monday night's game against the Bears -- and it is unknown when he will return.

Seneca Wallace started the game at QB for the Pack -- but Wallace left the game against the Eagles in the first half with a groin injury, forcing Scott Tolzien into action four days after he was promoted from the practice squad.

Although Tolzien had 2 picks, Head Coach Mike McCarthy was pleased with his performance and announced in his post game news conference that Tolzien will get the start next week against the New York Giants.  Tolzien finished with 280 yards and 1 touch down.

The rotating QB position wasn't the problem of the game Sunday for Green Bay. It was their defense.  They could not stop the Eagles and QB Nick Foles.  Foles threw for 228 yards, 3 touch downs and 0 interceptions.  Eagles' Running Back LeSean McCoy was also a huge problem for the Packers D.  McCoy rushed for 155 yards on 25 carries.

At halftime, the Eagles led the Pack, 10-3.  Brandon Bostick had the lone Green Bay touch down in the 3rd quarter when Tolzien connected with him for a 22 yard TD pass. Packers' Kicker Mason Crobsy also struggled today going just 2-4 in Field Goals.

The final score Sunday was Eagles 27, Packers 13.
