Sheboygan woman charged with disorderly conduct

SHEBOYGAN (WITI) -- A 41-year-old Sheboygan woman is charged with one count of disorderly conduct for an incident that allegedly happened at Jackson Elementary School in Sheboygan on Friday afternoon, November 1st. The accused is Lynn Gockman.
According to the criminal complaint, Gockman went to the school to pick up a child. A parent questioned by police said she "kind of yelled over to Gockman" because Gockman "was in a non-parking stall and her vehicle was blocking the driving lane" at the school. The complaint then indicates Gockman responded by saying, "Too (expletive) bad and move it yourself."
The complaint goes on to say Gockman returned to her vehicle a short time later with a child. She was apparently approached by a couple of parents about her use of inappropriate language in front of children at the school. The complaint says Gockman placed the child in her vehicle and walked over to one of the parents who was in a car.
The complaint indicates Gockman gestured to the parent to roll down the window. When she did, Gockman "began yelling at her to get out of the (expletive) car because she was going to kick her (expletive)." The woman in the car rolled up her window and drove off before reaching out to police.
Gockman was later located based on a license plate as well as descriptions from witnesses at the school.
If convicted, Gockman faces up to 90 days in prison and $1,000 in fines. Gockman is expected to enter a plea to the charge on January 2nd.
