Should cell phones be used against us?

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- There are some 326 million cell phones in use in the United States right now – and wireless carriers know exactly where they are at any given time.

Police routinely tap into that technology to solve crimes.  But are they going too far?  Should our cell phones be used against us?  The state’s highest court is about to weigh in.
