Two booked into FDL Co. Jail in connection with missing man case

FOND DU LAC (WITI) -- Officials in Fond du Lac said Wednesday, November 20th they suspect foul play in the case of a missing 37-year-old man. On Thursday, officials confirmed two people have been taken into custody in this case.

Officials say two individuals have been booked into the Fond du Lac County Jail on charges of hiding/mutilating a corpse and obstructing.

Officials say they believe they have probable cause to support the charges the individuals were arrested on.

Timothy Nance was reported missing on November 5th by his wife. He hasn't been seen since November 1st.

Authorities say they have not located Nance -- but believe he is dead.

Nance is described as a male, black, about 5’3″ tall, 150 pounds with a medium build. Both of his ears are pierced and he has the name “Eve” tattooed on his name, the name “Tameka” tattooed on his back and right shoulder. He also has a tribal tattoo on his left arm.
