Former Packers players will sign autographs at Pro Shop Dec. 21

GREEN BAY (WITI) -- The Green Bay Packers are welcoming back featured alumni William Henderson and Dorsey Levens for the Packers-Steelers game on Sunday, Dec. 22. Leading up to the game, the alumni will be signing autographs and visiting with fans in the Packers Pro Shop on Saturday, Dec. 21, from 2:30 to 4 p.m.

The Tundra Tailgate Zone will also feature Levens on gameday from 1:45 to 2:45 p.m., where he will be visiting with fans and signing autographs. More information on the Tundra Tailgate Zone can be found online at www.packers.com/gameday/tundra-tailgate-zone.html.

Also on Sunday, Henderson will be visiting with fans and signing autographs during that same time in the Legends Club on the Associated Bank Club Level, an area accessible to game attendees with suite or club seat tickets, as a guest of the ‘Alumni Meet and Greet.’

Henderson, a third-round selection from North Carolina, spent 12 seasons in Green Bay (1995-2006) and appeared in 188 games with 112 starts. His 188 career games rank fifth in team history behind Brett Favre, Donald Driver, Bart Starr and Ray Nitschke. A bruising blocker, Henderson helped pave the way for seven 1,000-yard rushers, and also contributed with 320 receptions, the second most all-time among Packers running backs. A member of the Packers’ Super Bowl XXXI and XXXII teams, he earned All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors in 2004, and was enshrined in the Packers Hall of Fame in 2011.

Levens, a fifth-round pick in 1994 out of Georgia Tech, played eight seasons (1994-2001) in a Packers uniform, with 53 starts among 102 games played. The sixth all-time leading rusher in team history, he ran for 3,937 yards on 1,006 carries, with 28 touchdowns. A gifted receiver as well, Levens caught 271 passes for 2,079 yards and 16 TDs; only two other backs in Packers annals – Ahman Green (350) and Henderson (320) – had more career receptions. A Pro Bowl selection in 1997, he was inducted into the Packers Hall of Fame in 2009.

Both former Packers players will be introduced on Lambeau Field during pregame festivities.
