WASHINGTON (CNN) — President Barack Obama will hold a news conference Friday before leaving Washington for Hawaii for the holidays, the White House announced.

Topics likely to come up at the 2 p.m. ET news conference include the troubled Obamacare rollout, his administration’s review of National Security Agency surveillance, and legislative priorities stalled in Congress such as extending unemployment benefits and immigration reform.

The first family is scheduled to depart the White House early Friday evening for the flight to Hawaii.
