Sampling the atmosphere at the 2014 Polar Plunge

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- It's a tradition that began in the 1920s in Milwaukee. So when the clock tolled noon on Wednesday, January 1st, hundreds of people gathered at Milwaukee's Bradford Beach took the polar plunge. Studio A's Brian Kramp was there to sample the atmosphere (but he didn't take the plunge).
