Gov. Walker on jury duty, hears personal injury case

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Gov. Scott Walker has been picked to hear a personal injury case in Milwaukee. That trial started on Tuesday morning, January 7th -- and is expected to last through Wednesday.

Initially, Gov. Walker showed up for jury duty on Monday. But he was struck from a jury that's hearing a murder trial.

This is the third time the governor has been called to jury duty since holding public office. During those stints, he was not picked to sit on a jury.
