Medical College of WI team earns grant to research concussions

WAUWATOSA (WITI) -- A team from the Medical College of Wisconsin is among about a dozen that will get a grant to research sports impact concussions.

GE Healthcare, the NFL and Under Armour have teamed up to award $20 million in grants for concussion studies.

A team at the Medical College of Wisconsin has been doing this kind of research for 18 years.
