Waukesha Co. authorities seek help in hit-and-run incident

WAUKESHA CO. (WITI) — The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in a hit-and-run incident.

The accident occurred on Thursday, February 20th just before 7:30 a.m. in the area of Springdale Road and North Avenue in the City of Pewaukee.  The Waukesha Co. Sheriff’s Department responded to a hit-and-run crash involving two motor vehicles. However, the striking vehicle fled the scene prior to law enforcement arriving.

The suspect vehicle is a four-door black Acura with WI registration similar to 387-LRX. The operator was described as a female, white with short black hair possibly in her 50s. There is possibly damage to the front drivers side of the vehicle.
