Milwaukee police ask for help to ID bank robbery suspect

MILWAUKEE (WITI) —¬†Milwaukee police are asking the public to help identify an armed robbery suspect who is accused of robbing the Tri City National Bank at 18th and National Ave. just after 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18th.

The suspect entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money. The manager stepped in and gave the suspect the money. The suspect then fled from the scene.

The suspect is described as a male, black, between 25-35 years-old, 6’2″ tall, and between 200-220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black skull cap, a black mask covering the mouth and chin, a black coat with a “Champion” emblem on the left chest, light-blue jeans, a gray or white shirt, dark shoes, and white latex gloves.
