Racine police seek suspects in armed robbery of Your Store

RACINE (WITI) -- Racine police are seeking the suspects involved in the armed robbery of Your Store on Durand Avenue in Racine on Wednesday, March 19th.

Racine police responded to Your Store around 6:40 p.m.

Upon arrival, investigating officers were advised that the suspect vehicle pulled up in front of the store and a suspect got out. The suspect then entered the store armed with a handgun and robbed the clerk at gunpoint.

Officials say the suspect then fled the scene in the suspect vehicle.

The suspect vehicle, which was reported stolen out of Franklin, was located a short distance away in the 2600 block of Gillen Street unoccupied.

The male suspect who entered the store was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and a black mask on his face.
