$5,000 bail for driver accused of hitting Steve "The Homer" True
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The man accused of driving a car that hit ESPN Milwaukee radio personality Steve "The Homer" True was in court on Tuesday, March 25th for his initial court appearance.
44-year-old Robert Harris is charged with operating under the influence of a controlled substance causing injury.
A blood sample from Harris showed the presence of several controlled substances -- including cocaine and oxycodone.
The judge set Harris' bail at $5,000.
As a condition of his bail, he must maintain sobriety and have no contact with True.
