Garza not quite good enough, Brewers lose, 1-0

MILWAUKEE -- Matt Garza allowed only two hits and one run in eight innings in his Brewers debut on Wednesday, but all he has to show for it is a 1-0 loss to the Braves.  Atlanta's Aaron Harang and three relievers combined to allow Milwaukee only two hits.  For the season-opening three game series, the Brewers scored only 4 runs.

Garza had a no-hitter going until Chris Johnson hit a home run with two outs in the seventh inning.  Journeyman pitcher Aaron Harang also had a no-hitter going into the seventh inning, making for a crisp contest.

After a day off on Thursday, the Brewers will be at Fenway Park to take on the Boston Red Sox for the weekend.
