CHARGED: Three accused in Menomonee Falls bank robbery

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- A federal criminal complaint has been filed charging three individuals with the April 17th armed robbery of the BMO Harris Bank located on Appleton Avenue in Menomonee Falls.

The criminal complaint charges 21-year-old Zachary Ellis, 21-year-old Christopher Jacko and 21-year-old Lindsey Fischer each with one count of armed bank robbery and one count of brandishing a firearm.

According to the criminal complaint, Fischer was a bank employee. The complaint alleges that after robbing the bank at gunpoint, Ellis and Jacko fled in a white vehicle. The complaint indicates Ellis and Jacko ultimately abandoned the vehicle following a chase by Menomonee Falls police. Law enforcement later located and arrested Ellis and Jacko.

The case is being investigated the Menomonee Falls Police Department and the Milwaukee Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
