Take in some free live music during State Fair 2014

WEST ALLIS (WITI) – Wisconsin State Fair officials are excited to announce the continuation of their partnership with Bank Mutual Corporation which will serve as the title sponsor of the Bank Mutual Amphitheater.

The Bank Mutual Amphitheater is the largest free entertainment venue at the Wisconsin State Fair and is located in the heart of the Fair Park, between Central and Grandstand Avenues.

The 2014 Wisconsin State Fair, presented by U.S. Cellular, will take place Thursday, July 31 – Sunday, Aug. 10.

Wisconsin State Fair and Bank Mutual are also excited to announce several popular headliners slated for the Bank Mutual Amphitheater during the 2014 Fair.

Home Free, a country a cappella band and Season 4 winner of NBC’s “The Sing Off,” will perform on opening night of the Fair, Thursday, July 31.

Back by popular demand, Here Come The Mummies will perform two nights – Friday, Aug. 1 and Saturday, Aug. 2, as well Fair favorite Herman’s Hermits starring Peter Noone on Thursday, Aug. 7 and Friday, Aug. 8.

On Saturday, Aug. 9, ‘90s hip-hop artist and current reality TV star, Vanilla Ice.

The stage will also feature family-friendly entertainment daily, including performances by the Kids From Wisconsin, the Kenya Safari Acrobats and hypnotist De’Anna The HypnoChick.

In addition to the title sponsorship of the Bank Mutual Amphitheater, all 75 Bank Mutual bank offices throughout Wisconsin will sell $6 Wisconsin State Fair Tickets during Fair Deals, a promotion that runs May 1 through June 30.
