A John Long Middle School student was inside the bus that was following the bus that was struck, and saw the crash happen.

"To tell you the truth, I don't even know what to say. I happened really fast. My bus was right there, so it happened right before my eyes -- and I was like, 'I hope the guy that's under the bus is alright' because the car was smoking for awhile. It didn't look good," Anthony Borowski said.

Officials shut down Wisconsin Avenue from Chateau to the south all the way to Falls Road to the north as the scene was being worked by fire and police officials.
