KESHENA (WITI) — 50-year-old Leslie Miller of Keshena, Wisconsin — located on the Menominee Indian Reservation was sentenced to 42 months in prison and 10 years on supervised release on April 15th.

The sentence was the result of a guilty plea by Miller on January 17th to a federal indictment charging him with abusive sexual contact with a person under the age of 12.

The investigation revealed that around January 1st, 2013, Miller, his wife, and a 10-year-old girl were watching a movie while lying in bed. After his wife fell asleep, Miller sexually assaulted the child.

During a subsequent interview, Miller admitted he assaulted the child.
