Search for suspects: Two separate shootings in Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating two separate shooting incidents that occurred late Thursday night, May 22nd and early Friday morning, May 23rd.

The first incident occurred around 10 p.m. Thursday, May 22nd in the 4600 block of N. 19th Street.

According to police, a 39-year-old man sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound during an altercation with a known suspect.

He was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for his wound.

The investigation into this matter is ongoing -- and the known suspect is not yet in custody.

The second shooting incident occurred early Friday morning, May 23rd near 36th and Clarke.

According to officials, one male victim was conveyed to a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

So far, no arrests have been made.
