Violent Thursday night in Milwaukee: THREE shootings, one fatal

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police on Thursday evening, May 29th were on the scene of THREE separate shooting incidents -- one of which police say was fatal.

The first happened around 6:00 p.m.

Police say an 18-year-old man showed up at a hospital with a minor gunshot wound.

Police say the man claims he was shot in the area of 25th and McKinley Avenue.

There is no word on a motive -- or whether police have any suspects in custody.

A second shooting occurred near 64th Street and Carmen Ave. in Milwaukee.

Police say a 21-year-old man was shot -- but is in stable condition.

His injuries are not expected to be life-threatening.

Police have not made any arrests.

Police are unsure of a motive -- but police say the shooting may have been road rage related -- as there was an accident prior to the shooting taking place.

A third shooting occurred around 8:30 p.m. near 25th and Galena.

Milwaukee police confirmed with FOX6 News this shooting is fatal.

No additional details are yet known about this shooting.
