MILWAUKEE (WITI) --The CDC has put out its next set of graphic ads to encourage smokers to kick the habit for good. The newest phase of the campaign aims to persuade America's 42 million smokers to quit. "Tips From Former Smokers launched today, and it's heart-wrenching.
