Not guilty: Couple accused of selling heroin with their kids in the car make pleas Wednesday

MILWAUKEE (WITI) — A couple accused of selling heroin with their kids in the car pleaded not guilty on Wednesday, June 25th.

32-year-old Blair Larose and 26-year-old Ashley Fay are accused of selling heroin to an undercover agent on three different occasions.

Twice, the couple’s kids were present.

Once, Larose allegedly offered to leave a kid as collateral until he could come back with more heroin.

Also in court on Wednesday, both waived their preliminary hearing — meaning their cases are scheduled to go to trial.

Ashley Fay faces the following charges:

  • one count of manufacturing/delivering heroin
  • four counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety as party to a crime
  • one count of manufacturing/delivering heroin as party to a crime

Fay has a pre-trial conference set for August 8th.

LaRose faces the following charges:

  • three counts of manufacturing/delivering heroin (second and subsequent offense)
  • four counts of second degree recklessly endangering safety as party to a crime

LaRose has a pre-trial conference scheduled for August 8th.
