North Freedom woman dies after slipping under train just before it started to move
SAUK COUNTY (WITI) -- A female volunteer with the Mid-Continent Railway Museum in central Wisconsin died on Saturday, July 12th.
The Sauk County Sheriff's Office identified her as 66-year-old Linda Rowe of North Freedom.
She was getting off a train and slipped -- falling underneath just as the train started to move.
One witness through the rainy conditions could have played a role in Rowe slipping.
North Freedom is just west of Baraboo.
