Years ago, there was an outcry when school teachers banned running in the playground citing legal costs as the issue, as every one who had an accident had some sort of legal claim, in the meantime, obesity levels grew enormously, i wonder if we learn, amen, when we allow lawyers to decide so much of what we do, and then come chasing us when it goes wrong, how about a central claim fund for children injured in such places, amen
