Chillin' for burgers! Dozens take part in Ice Bucket Challenge at Sobelman's

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Some of the biggest names in Hollywood, sports and politics have accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge to benefit ALS. But on Sunday, August 17th, Sobelman's Pub and Grill gave it a slightly new spin.

The owners of the restaurant hosted an event they called, "Get Soaked for ALS." The goal was to host the largest Ice Bucket Challenge to date.

By mid-afternoon, Sobelman's indicated 80 people had turned out -- but that number was climbing.

Not only was this event for a good cause, the first 500 people who took part got a free burger from Sobelman's.

Even if Sobelman's does not end up having the biggest Ice Bucket Challenge event to date, the owners say it does not matter -- they simply want to raise awareness for ALS.
