Milwaukee police identify two homicide victims; one person remains in custody

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The victims of the homicide that occurred in the 800 block of N. 22nd Street on Saturday, August 16th are identified as 20-year-old Keenan Harris  and 22-year-old Stevan Owens, both of Milwaukee.

The investigation into their deaths continues.

One person remains in custody in connection with the shooting.

No charges have been referred to the DA’s office.
