"I didn't do what she says;" Man accused of stalking MPS teacher for years

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- They only dated for three months back in 2007. But a Milwaukee teacher says she's been stalked by her ex-boyfriend for the last eight years. Now, it looks like that same man is targeting local prosecutors and judges.

Korry Ardell is accused of stalking a Milwaukee Public Schools teacher -- sometimes even following her to work. Since 2008, she's gotten two restraining orders against him.

Over the years, the teacher says Ardell showed up at her house, sent her threatening text messages, emailed her bosses and threatened to kill her.

According to court records, Ardell even filed an open records request with Milwaukee Public Schools, asking for his ex-girlfriend's disciplinary history and attendance record.

Ardell owns a construction company in Elkhart Lake. He was recently charged with stalking and violating his most recent restraining order. Earlier this month, he sent an email to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office. He threatened to sue several prosecutors and judges -- even listing their home addresses.

Ardell says his ex-girlfriend is lying -- and he hasn't done the things of which he is being accused.

"She claims I was sitting in front of her house. I mean meanwhile, I was at work," said Ardell.

All Ardell wants, he says, is for police to investigate the truth behind the allegations against him.

"I didn't do what she says in that restraining order she filed May 24, 2013 -- there's no way I could have done it," said Ardell.

When Ardell was arrested on these new charges, investigators listened to his phone calls in jail. He asked a friend to delete his emails. Now, he's also being charged with falsifying information. Last week, he posted a $50,000 cash bond to get out of jail.
