Years after woman finds wedding photo at Ground Zero, she tweets it out and then...

NEW YORK — One day after she tweeted a wedding photo found at Ground Zero after the 9/11 attacks, a Boston college professor got the answer she hoped to receive.

“Every year on #911 I post this photo hoping 2 return 2 owner,” Lesley University assistant professor Elizabeth Stringer Keefe tweeted on September 11. “Found at in 2001. Pls RT.”

After years of searching for the people in the photo, all it took was one of her tweets to go viral for her to get the answers. Keefe’s tweet was retweeted more than 60,000 times.

“Attention wonderful world: ALL SIX PEOPLE ARE ALIVE AND WELL AND I HAVE JUST SPOKEN TO ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!! ,” she tweeted.
