Argument between families leads to shooting, two wounded



MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police say an argument between two families erupted around 8 p.m. on Friday, October 24th. That led to gun shots being fired and two people being wounded.

The shooting happened near the intersection of Teutonia Ave. and Oriole Drive on the city's north side.

A 36-year-old woman and her 16-year-old daughter, both from Milwaukee, were struck by the gunfire. The 16-year-old received a serious wound but is expected to survive. Her mother received a non-life threatening wound.

The two victims drove themselves to a hospital for treatment.
