SENTENCED: 30 days in jail for Brian Pergande, former Butler police lieutenant

WAUKESHA COUNTY (WITI) — Brian Pergande, a former lieutenant with the Butler Police Department will spend the next month in jail.

Pergande was sentenced to 30 days in jail with Huber release on Monday, October 27th — and he must also pay court costs.

He pleaded no contest to a disorderly conduct charge after he was originally charged with felony misconduct in office.

Pergande is accused of taking inappropriate pictures of a woman he arrested. Pergande claims the photos of an exotic dancer’s chest were altered and zoomed in on after they were taken.
