Rich DeMuro explains how to keep your vital medical information and emergency contact front and center on your phone.

Step-by-step instruction:


  1. Go to settings
  2. Look for “Owner information”
  3. Type necessary information (e.g. Allergies, blood type, etc.)
  4. Write in “ICE – name of contact”
  5. Your name
  6. Save all information

iPhone (for newest iOS)

  1. Go to Health App
  2. Click Medical ID
  3. Add necessary information (e.g. Allergies, blood type, etc.)
