Sunburst Winter Sports Park blows first snow of season

KEWASKUM (WITI) — Sunburst Winter Sports Park in Kewaskum blew its first man-made snow of the season Wednesday, November 12th.

Sunburst Winter Sports Park hosts a variety of trails — including beginner, advanced, and expert levels. Night skiing and snowboarding is available seven nights a week on all runs.

Folks at Little Switzerland’s ski hill in Slinger were gearing up to make snow on Tuesday, November 11th.

Those who work at Little Switzerland in Slinger were watching the temperature drop — waiting for the temperature to fall below freezing.

Meanwhile, Alpine Valley’s ski resort will open Friday, November 14th. Their snow machines have been going since Tuesday night.
