Brookfield Plan Commission approves three projects; two apartment complexes and office space

BROOKFIELD (WITI) -- The city of Brookfield's Plan Commission has approved a pair of new high-end apartment complexes and office space.

A nearly 50,000 square foot office and retail space is planned for a property near Greenfield and South Calhoun.

194 luxury apartments are planned on West Bluemound Road near the Bishop's Woods Office Park.

Another apartment complex is planned for an area at Lilly and West Burleigh.

The proposals will now go before the full Common Council next Tuesday, December 16th.
