WOW! Parents cannot contain their emotions after son delivers a whopper of a Christmas surprise!

NEW YORK (WITI) -- A Christmas miracle for the parents of a New York man, all thanks to their son!

Joe Riquelme, an app developer in New York, posted a video to YouTube on Christmas, Thursday, December 25th that shows his heartwarming and generous act.

Riquelme is on the couch with his parents and their dog on Christmas, and he hands them a plain, white envelope containing a handwritten note: "Your house is paid off. Merry Xmas."
