Police: Vehicle stolen in carjacking recovered, suspects sought

BROWN DEER (WITI) -- Brown Deer police say they recovered the vehicle that was carjacked from a woman near Brown Deer and Green Bay Roads on Sunday, December 28th.

The victim was robbed at gunpoint in a parking lot outside of Bath and Body Works in Brown Deer. The suspects pointed handguns at the woman and demanded she get out of her car.

Investigators located the stolen vehicle around 3 p.m. on Monday. It was found in a parking lot on Milwaukee's north side. The vehicle was brought back to the Brown Deer Police Department where it is being examined for evidence.

Meanwhile, the suspects in this case remain on the run. They are described as males, black, believed to be in their early teens with tattoos on their faces. At the time of the carjacking, one of the suspects was dressed in a red sweat suit and the other in a black sweat suit.
