MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Milwaukee police are investigating a fatal shooting that happened on the city's north side late Tuesday, December 30th.

The gunfire broke out around 10 p.m. in an apartment building near Sherman and Nash. Police say there was some sort of an argument -- which led to a 31-year-old man being shot and killed.

There's no word this hour if any suspects have been arrested.
