Germantown police find “intentionally placed” diamond ring, search for owner is on

GERMANTOWN (WITI) — The Germantown Police Department are searching for a person who may have intentionally placed a diamond ring on their treeChristmas tree.

While the police department was taking down their Christmas tree, they discovered a diamond wedding ring that appeared to be intentionally placed on a branch.

After further examination, the police found the diamonds are real.

The police have the wedding ring in a safe place and are looking for clues to find its owner.

Anyone wishing to claim the ring will need to know a detailed description, or a picture of the owner wearing it.
