Alberto Rabell pleads guilty to charges in connection with fatal crash

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Alberto Rabell of Milwaukee pleaded guilty to two of six charges against him in connection with a fatal crash on the city's south side in September. The crash happened near 31st and Becher. When police arrived, they found Rabell has struck four vehicles in the incident.

Rabell pleaded guilty to the following charges: homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and knowingly operating while revoked (cause death). Four other charges against Rabell were dismissed but read into the court record.

Rabell is scheduled to be sentenced on February 24th.
