"Packers Everywhere" pep rally set for Saturday in Seattle!

SEATTLE (WITI) -- Packers fans 21 years and older are invited to bring the spirit of Green Bay to the Seattle area a day early for a free "Packers Everywhere" Pep Rally on Saturday, January 17th!

The festivities will take place at the Mustard Seed Grill & Pub located at 5608 119th Ave SE in Bellevue, Washington from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. PT.  The Mustard Seed is home to the “Northwest Packer Backers,” a large group of fans in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest who gather each week to watch the Packers play.

Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy will take part in the pre-gameday excitement at the event by greeting fans along with Wayne Larrivee, the radio voice of the Packers.

Packers alumni Josh Bidwell and Ken Ruettgers will also be on hand to socialize with fans, sign autographs and discuss their thoughts on the next day’s game against the Seahawks. A round-table discussion with Packers.com writers Vic Ketchman, Mike Spofford and the audience will conclude the event.

“We’re very excited to have the opportunity to host a pep rally in the Seattle area for the NFC Championship game. “It will give enthusiastic fans a chance to share their excitement about the game and visit with Packers alumni and Mark Murphy. We are looking forward to meeting more Packers fans from Seattle at one of our more than 2,100 Packers Everywhere establishments," Joan Malcheski, director of the Packers Media Group and brand engagement said.

Packers Everywhere, through its website packerseverywhere.com, enables Packers fans to find official Packers establishments around the world where they can watch games and connect with fellow fans.
