(CNN) -- YUM! The mixologists at Ben and Jerry's are unveiling a trio of new ice cream flavors.

The new "Cookie Core" flavors all feature a center filled with cookie butter -- thick, gooey spreads made from blended cookies.

"Spectacular Speculoos" features crunchy gingerbread cookie butter.

"Boom Chocolatta" has a chocolate cookie core.

"Peanut Buttah" features peanut butter cookie butter.
