Milwaukee Brewing Company says beer sales increased 54% in 2014!

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- More beer is flowing from Milwaukee Brewing Company following an expansion.

Milwaukee Brewing officials say its beer sales increased 54% in 2014.

The volume flowing out of the brewery on S. 2nd Street reached nearly 12,000 barrels.

Last year, the company bought the buiding that houses the brewery, which paved the way for increased brewing capacity.

More expansion plans are in the works, along with distribution to additional markets in the upper Midwest.
