(WITI) — You can help raise money for local schools through McTeacher’s Nights at participating McDonald’s Restaurants.

Staff members from local schools will roll up their sleeves to serve students on designated evenings.  When you visit your local McDonald’s on McTeacher’s Night, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to your neighborhood school.  Schools can even win prizes from the Milwaukee Bucks!  How cool is that – you’re helping to support schools just by eating – it’s easy, it’s fun, and it’s tasty!

McTeacher’s Nights will run throughout southeastern Wisconsin through the rest of the school year.  Scroll down and take a look at the schedule to see when and where your local McTeacher’s Night takes place.

Private and Charter schools already steal enough money from the public system. This should only be for public schools, seeing that Walker robbed them when he opened up school choice. I don’t want public dollars to go to private schools.

What happened to separation of church and state? Church wants to get state money, church can start paying state taxes!
