DEVELOPING: Three teens riding in stolen vehicle shot, wounded near Sherman & Burleigh
MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- Three teenagers were shot near the intersection of Sherman and Burleigh on Milwaukee's north side on Wednesday evening, February 25th.
A deputy chief with the Milwaukee Fire Department says the shooting happened around 4 p.m. Those injured were taken to hospitals.
We're told the victims are teenagers -- two 17-year-old boys and a 16-year-old girl. They are expected to survive.
Police say the victims were in a stolen vehicle at the time of the shooting. A dozen rounds were fired into that vehicle by the suspect(s) responsible for this shooting, police say.
No one is in custody.
