"He's followed her home:" West Allis stalking suspect returns to court, case reveals alarming details

WEST ALLIS (WITI) -- A stalking suspect is back in court after information surfaces that he was trying to leave the country. The man is accused of intentionally dropping sex toys in front of young girls in West Allis and videotaping girls as well.

FOX6 News spoke with the mother of one of the victims and explains why she is happy about the latest development in the case.

"We were thrilled," said Jessica Ramm.

The only reason Jessica Ramm is smiling about the case involving Konrad Peters is because as part of his modified bail and release conditions, the 28-year-old suspect was ordered to be under GPS monitoring.

"It makes us feel a lot more at ease," said Ramm.

Ramm's then 13-year-old daughter was one of Peters' victims when he supposedly left sex toys in alleys in West Allis and waited for them to be found by young girls -- all while watching from his car.

"He's followed her home from school, he has pictures and video of her playing on the playground and he has pictures of her going into school. He has pictures and video of her and her friend walking to the library. It's very scary knowing he was that close to my daughter," said Ramm.

Peters who faces charges of disorderly conduct and stalking is back in court on Friday, April 3rd, for an emergency bail review hearing. Ramm was in court learning that the state received concerning new information.

"We found out that he was trying to a get a passport to leave the country to go to Hong Kong and Thailand," said Ramm.

The court granted the state's motion to modify bail and ordered the Peters not to leave Milwaukee County, be subject to GPS monitoring and his cash bail was raised from $1,500 to $50,000.

This is comforting news for a teen who's still feeling the affects of his alleged crime.

"She's not allowed to go outside, she is not allowed to be a normal kid because of the situation. She is scared she is always looking over her shoulder when we are out," said Ramm.

Because her daughter's sense of security is lost -- Ramm now hopes to find justice.

Police say there are other victims between the ages of 13 and 15.

During a search warrant police say they found 30 sex toys and a digital camcorder with more than 50 videos of girls walking down the street.

Ramm says she and her daughter plan on being at every court appearance and won't be relieved until he faces prison time.
