It is believed the motorcyclist will survive.

We're told the motorcyclist was attempting to turn left from the southbound lanes of Green Bay Road to the westbound lanes of Brown Deer Road.  She was inching out from the off-ramp trying to see if anyone was coming when the SUV behind her crept forward and struck the motorcycle.

Both vehicles were traveling under 10 miles-per-hour when the accident happened.

Police had to shut down all westbound lanes of Brown Deer Road for about 20 minutes while they investigated and cleaned up the crash.  They also shut down the southbound off-ramp on Green Bay Road.
