51-year-old Saint Francis man arrested for 5th DUI offense

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- 51-year-old Thomas Ciesielczyk of Saint Francis was arrested early Tuesday morning, April 21st for his fifth drunken driving offense.
According to officials, Ciesielczyk was stopped around 1 a.m. on I-794 southbound at Oklahoma Avenue for lane deviation and speeding.
During the traffic stop, Ciesielczyk told the sheriff's deputy that he had one beer, but tested a .109 on a PBT. His prior convictions were in August 1991, May 2003, February 2007, and April 2010.
If convicted of this fifth offense, Ciesielczyk faces up to six years and six months in prison.
