Wreath-laying ceremony held for Alexis Patterson, missing for 13 years

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office held a ceremony for Alexis Patterson on Sunday morning, May 3rd.

Sunday marks the 13th anniversary of Alexis' disappearance. She went missing when she was just seven years old.

"We can't forget about her -- so every year since then, we have marked her anniversary with the wreath laying," Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said.

Sheriff Clarke hosted the wreath-laying ceremony for Patterson outside Hi-Mount Boulevard Community School. The Sheriff's Office is offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to Alexis' return.
