Erin Stoffel, victim of Menasha shooting, released from hospital

MILWAUKEE (WITI) -- The lone survivor of the tragic shooting on Menasha's Trestle Trail Bridge, Erin Stoffel, was released from the hospital Friday afternoon,Theda Clark Hospital and FOX6 News' sister station, WLUK, confirms.

Stoffel was recovering in a Neenah hospital after suffering several gunshot wounds.

The shooting happened on Sunday, May 3rd around 7:30 p.m. 27-year-old Sergio Daniel Valencia del Torro opened fire on the Trestle Trail Bridge in Menasha killing Stoffel's 33-year-old husband, and 11-year-old daughter. 31-year-old Adam Bentdahl from Appleton was also killed in the shooting.

The Stoffel's have two other children, who were uninjured in the shooting.
