Amazon welcomes employees for first day of work at brand new fulfillment center in Kenosha

KENOSHA -- Amazon welcomed new employees for their first day of work on Wednesday, June 3rd at Amazon's one-million-square-foot fulfillment center in Kenosha.

Amazon has hired more than 1,000 full-time employees who will pick, pack and ship small items to customers such as books, electronics and consumer goods.

Associates will work alongside innovative technologies, including Amazon robotics, that will be used on a daily basis to fulfill customer orders.



In addition to competitive wages, employees are immediately eligible for comprehensive benefits that include health insurance, 401(k) with 50 percent match, bonuses, company stock awards and a network of support to help ensure employees succeed.
