MEQUON -- Tough Mudder challenges (the endurance event in which participants attempt a 10–12-mile-long military-style obstacle course) are becoming more popular than ever and are definitely a test of endurance and strength.  Elite Sports Clubs is the area's first club to offer a comprehensive 'Train Like a Mudder' training course which will prepare anyone who is thinking of entering a Tough Mudder.  The obstacle training will take place outside at Elite Mequon (11616 N. Port Washington Road) from July 7 through Sept 12 (three 1 hour classes a week).
